Refund policy

Returns

• Due to the nature of these products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS/REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED.
• SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Exceptions

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to make an exchange, please send photos of the damaged product to us right away at support@unioils.la. We will review the photos and advise. 
• Photos of damaged product must be received within 30 days of purchase for exchange consideration.
• Once we confirm the exchange, please send your item back to us at: Uni Oils, 4712 Admiralty Way, Suite 143, Marina del Rey, CA 90292, United States.

Other

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund/exchange, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Uni Oils is the only authorized seller of Uni Oils products. We are not responsible for any of our products purchased online via 3rd party sites.
